<p><strong>This depends on the person and the goals you set for yourself. My experiance with resistance bands i have see all kinds of equipment for upper body and lower body workouts. If you are a beginner I would recommand you use bands 2 to 3 times a week. But like i said it depends on you and what you want for yourself as long term health. If you are a person that does not do too much activity and you just wanna stay mobile 3 times a week of resistance with some cardio would be great for you. But if you are a die hard athlete and you been training for years then 5 times a week with resistance bands will be good for you. A lot of people people out there under estimate these bands I highly recommand do not think just because you can sit on a bench and bench 300 pounds or dead lift 500 that this will be easy. You will be wrong so use caution when approaching resistance bands and i assure you that you experiance great success
